While Promgirl is located in the US, it is our pleasure to ship to our UK customers. We take great care to ensure that your prom dress or formal gown is packaged, insured and shipped in the best way possible. By using the United Stated Postal Service’s Global Express Mail, we are able to deliver most packages in only 3-6 business days. Please note that special orders may take extra production time to clear customs in the United Kingdom. Promgirl is not responsible for any shipping charges, custom duties or fees which might apply to international deliveries.
